Hotel turned out to be spotless and the breakfast option was large. Fresh fruit and pastries were available. Free shuttle bus service and free shuttle service were a real plus. This was simply a great venue.

The hotel staff were friendly.
The nighttime entertainment was overly loud, making it challenging to relax in the room.

the staff were very welcoming and polite. the food was amazing. so much to choose from.
our room was clean and tidy but the shower was broken and there was an offensive smell when you emptied out the bath and sink.

It's a modern old-fashioned hotel nestled in a Spanish style building. The setting is beautiful, very close to the shops in Son Bou, nice quiet area. Need to be mentioned that there were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Asador Las Dunas that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

This hotel is just great for families. I travelled with a baby and a seven year old and thought it was fantastic. Childrens entertainment team are fantastic and work very hard! All the staff here are exceptional, always smiling and will do anything to help. We went all inclusive which worked out great value for money. Yes, food gets a little repetitive towards the end of the week but there is a large selection every mealtime. The hotel provide an air conditioned shuttle bus to the beach every half hr which was always on time. Both myself and my very fussy child enjoyed our stay here very much!

Nice hotel. Good food. Good situation
It is necessary to take a bus to go to the beach. The hotel has busses every 30 minutes. It is possible to go walking but hard to come back because you have to ascend.

Very good hotel. The recepcion staff is very helpful(congratulations for Mrs Winnie List). The room is big, clean but the furniture is terrible and old. The breakfast is very good but the dinner is wonderful. One of the best hotel dinner I've seen in my life.
The old furniture in the room and the childrens. What is this?I´ve never seen so many children in one hotel in my life.If you don´t have children be careful to stay in this hotel.

We truly enjoyed this place - enchanting and incredibly beautiful hotel.
We were offered nice continental breakfast with fruit juices and yogurts, as for instance. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was fantastic👍

The hotel was very clean. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Very kind reception staff and speaking real good english and german. Good beds and meals were great with a lot of choice. We arrived at 22 hrs but at 22.30 a meal with drinks was opened for us. Lot of entertainment for old and young ones. Free bus every half hour to and from the beach. Nice swimming pool, clean. At night we even saw guards along the pool guarding the property. A place to come back !
There was a note that it was stricktly forbidden to lay towels on the beds near the pool. But every morning at about 07.00 hrs the guests were making there claims on the pool beds without any remarks of the staff. If no action taken towards this poor behaviour, than do not hand out notes that it is strictly forbidden to lay towels on the beds.
